What is it?

The form-n-envelope mailer joins a statement portion with an envelope portion to make a perfect business form combination.  These custom printed forms are a great addition to any business.  Whether you need a way to simplify your billing, or want to do a fundraiser or promotion, these all -inclusive forms save time, money and costly errors.

How do these little forms do all of these great things?  First, there is nothing more costly, or embarrassing, than mailing the wrong billing statement, or trying to customize a promotion , and sending it to the wrong person. Second, you save money by not stocking separate letterhead and envelopes.  Because they are joined in one easy form, you can run through your printer once and save on toner as well.  Lastly, you time is a valuable commodity!  So save time stuffing, and matching, envelopes by switching to a form and envelope mailer.

Material, Sizes and Colors

Form-N-Envelope Mailers come is 28# Laser MOCR paper for the 8.5" x 11" version, and 24# Laser MOCR for the 8.5" x 14" version..  Although that is our standard material for both stock and custom mailers, you can change the paper thickness depending on your needs.  This particular paper weight is similar to paper envelopes that go through the postal system.

My1Stop.com offers two different sizes of form-n-envelope mailers:  a memo and a letter size.  Our 8.5 x 11” is considered our memo size.  This is because the tear off portion is  8.5 x 5.5” which is traditional memo size.  The Letter size is 8.5 x 14”.  Normally you see this size and think it is a “legal” size and not “letter” size.  This again is due to the size of the statement when it is perfed out, which leaves a size of 8.5 x 11”.  These are our two standard sizes as they work very well through laser printers.  We can always do other size options if needed.

Because our customers will run their form-n-envelope mailers through a laser printer, we offer many color options.  First, we offer stock, or blank forms.  These are completely blank and allows the customer to customize their forms from start to finish.  If using lots of color on your form, this could get costly in the toner area.  So to help out those customers, we offer  1 or 2 spot colors as an option as well.  This pre-printed option saves on toner and you can still run them through your printer to customize your forms.

If you do not see the options you need, contact our customer service team for a custom quote.
