REALCARD® - Product Details
Cut costs and save time mailing any type of plastic card with our Realcard® solution. Realcards® are printed or personalized along with your plastic card mailing piece on your own inkjet or laser printers. Realcards® are sent to you with your plastic cards already attached to a document - or carrier. You simply load the Realcard® carrier into your print tray - and print. Now, you're ready to fold and mail! Our standard turnaround time for Realcard® printing is just 15 days. We can help you put your Realcard® program together, too.

Realcard® Printing Options
Imagine having your student ID cards, gift cards or membership cards pre-attached to a mailer that works with your laser or inkjet printer! Each card and each letter can be personalized. There are many variations to choose from. Realcards® feature a single ply card-carrier with a durable plastic card embedded in the paper. The face and the back of each card - and the carrier - is ready for printing.
Realcards® can be quickly and easily removed from the carrier sheet without messy residue. The carriers come in two standard sizes: 8.5" X 11" and 8.5" x 14" form with 1 card or 2 cards. Choose from 1, 2, 3, or 4 color spot printing on either or both sides of your Realcard® and the carrier. The carriers can be provided for either inkjet or for laser printing. PDF - FREE of charge, we will convert your artwork files to a Press Ready PDF proof that is sent within 3 business days of receiving usable art for visual approval.
FAST TRACK (Waive Proof) - FREE of charge, we will take your PRESS READY artwork file and print as is with no changes. Fast Track productions time begins upon receiving usable art.
Hard Copy - $75.00 FEE, we will print a color matched paper proof before it goes to PRESS and OVERNIGHT the proof to you. Hard Copy is sent Next Day Air within 3 business days of receiving usable art.
UPLOAD ARTWORK
Your artwork can be uploaded after you have checked out or at a later time for your convenience.
After Checkout - You will be asked to upload artwork and will be given a number of options, including writing a message about the art, adding multiple documents and approximate upload speeds.
Upload Later - You may choose to upload your artwork later. If so, simply use the link that will be provided in your confirmation email and it will take you to the upload page.
If you have multiple items in your cart they can be uploaded at different times.
