When the buyer has the features and the price they need, they can move on to purchase online – or save their quote to share with colleagues.

“Saved quote”, the second new web tool, is a part of the “My Account” function. When the buyer clicks on “save quote” each price feature and total cost are instantly added to “My Account”. Quotes are stored indefinitely so that buyers can share pricing with colleagues – and make changes without re-starting the pricing process. A simple click on the saved quote opens the instant pricing tool so that features and quantities can be changed based on input from colleagues. Once the pricing is correct, buyers check out and upload their plastic insurance card artwork and data files.

Artwork and data file upload has been simplified and made reliable by the third new My1Stop.com web tool. The upload tool automatically ties the buyer’s price and quote to the artwork as it is uploaded. Any variable data, such as policy holder information, is also uploaded using this new tool. The upload takes place on a secure server and connection– dedicated to artwork and data uploads.
