The long time standard for phone card printing is a standard white 30 mil card. This is a durable and economical choice and is the same material used in most credit cards printing. Lighter weight, 24 mil and 20 mil white cards are also readily available. These lighter weight phone cards are not always the most economical choice.  The thicker, 30 mil cards will tend to wear better and last longer. Other, more exotic phone card materials are available.
