A Composite Card consists of a synthetic paper core laminated on both sides to make a 30 mil card. Other thicknesses are available upon request.

A PVC Card is a true plastic card. We offer our 30 mil option online; however other thicknesses are available upon request.

Both Composite and PVC offers common and unique feature to accommodate any customer's needs.

Magnetic Strip : What's this?

Magnetic coating capable of holding 3 tracks of information. Available on 20, 24 and 30 mil pvc as well as 30 mil composite cards.

Encoding: What's this?

Encoding: Process used to electronically write information on the magnetic stripe.

Variable Imaging: What's this?

Variable Imaging: Printing of variable data such as text, barcodes, names and pin numbers.

Signature Area: What's this?

Signature Area: Provides a matte writable laminate covering one side of the card. If you choose 30 mil Composite Plastic Card material, the entire side of the card will be laminated with this writable surface instead of a writable strip.

If you choose 30 mil PVC Card material, only a signature panel, or box area, will have this writable laminate; the remaining area will not be writable.

PDF - FREE of charge*, we will convert your artwork files to a Press Ready PDF proof that is sent within 3 business days of receiving usable art for visual approval.

* 1st PDF proof is FREE, however if an additional PDF proof is requested each additional PDF proof will be billed at the rate of $50 per proof.

FAST TRACK (Waive Proof) - FREE of charge, we will take your PRESS READY artwork file and print as is with no changes. Fast Track productions time begins upon receiving usable art.

Hard Copy - $75.00 FEE, we will print a color matched paper proof before it goes to PRESS and OVERNIGHT the proof to you. Hard Copy is sent Next Day Air within 3 business days of receiving usable art.
