Digital printing can cost slightly more than traditional one or two color printing on colored tags. But, the white cards used in digital printing cost slightly less. The digital choice provides you with the sharp detailed printing required on small format plastic tags at cost-conscious prices. The key tags you see with the crystal clear graphics were probably printed in full-digital color on white cards.

Plastic Key Tag Sizes
Our custom key tags are available as individual plastic tags or as part of a sheet of for more convenient mailing. Integrating plastic key tags as part of a mailer, makes distribution a much easier project. The mailer and key tags are printed by us in full process color. The key tags can also be printed on the back in 1 or 4 colors. The mailer and the key tags can be personalized with variable information like names or numbers. This gives you the ability to personalize each sheet- and each plastic key tag - for mailing.
Plastic key card mailers are available in these popular standard sizes:
- 3.75 x 8.5 with 1 punch out card
- 4 x 5.5 with 1 punch out card
- 6.5 x 5.5 no punch out card
- 3.75 x 4.375 no punch out card

Plastic Key Tag Printing - Material
Our standard white 30 mil plastic composite construction is the most economical choice for full color plastic tag printing. Traditional credit cards are printed on this same material. If you're considering custom material, please let your My1Stop customer service team know. They can give you information that will help you make the right decisions about custom materials versus our standard white 30 mil composite tag stock.

Plastic Key Tag Printing Options
Barcodes and variable printing are the most popular and useful option available for key tag printing. We also offer you options for different laminates on your key tags.
Barcodes can be added to ease card use when barcode scanners are available. My1Stop can print your key tags in almost any barcode symbology - except for the 128 barcode set. Barcodes can be printed on either side of your tags.
Adding personalization or other variable information can speed up tag use and provide a quick way to identify a tag to a specific customer or user. We can add variable information like names and numbers to individual or mailer key tags.
Laminates can extend the life of your plastic key tags and add some graphic appeal. Our matte laminate can be added as a custom option to make one entire side of your key tags write able.
