Custom Envelope templates come in two standard sizes:

#9 (3 7/8” x 8 7/8”) and #10 (4 1/8” x 9 ½)

Envelope Paper Stock

Envelope printing is not only about the size of paper, but also the type of paper. Custom envelope templates come in four standard types of paper styles:

• 24# Plain - Plain white wove stock with gummed seal on flap.
• 24# Plain w/Window - Plain white wove stock with gummed seal on flap and features a high quality glassine window.
• 24# Security - Plain white paper with security tint lining for privacy of contents and with gummed seal on flap.
• 24# Security w/Window - Plain white paper with security tint lining for privacy of contents and gummed seal on flap, features a high quality glassine window.

Envelope Formats

Envelope templates come in these common formats: 1 Color or 2 Color. The format is the amount of colors printed in the design. One color means the design would be one color, and two color means the design can be two colors. Four color is full color and is available on custom orders.
