The Continuous Plastic Cards are a computer printable material that has a micro-perfed card, which can be punched out. This card is particularly well suited for those applications where a tipped-on card may have jammed in the printer previously. Because the product is a single layer, it feeds smoothly through the printer in much the same way as 100# tag does. In fact, this would be a good product to consider if the customer is currently using any type of paper card and would like to upgrade their image.

Will I need a special ribbon for this product?
No. This material has a computer printable topcoating that eliminates the need for special ribbons or signature panels.
What types of printers work best with this product?
Generally printers that feed from the bottom and out the top or back work best. Testing should be done if small desktop-type printers are going to be used.
Can I run this product through a burster?
Generally this product is not compatible with bursting equipment. Testing would be needed on the specific equipment being considered.
What is the lead-time on this product?
Because of the unique nature of this product, these are gang run every 2 weeks. Orders submitted before Wednesday are shipped on Friday of the following week. We utilize this schedule to help keep costs lower by reducing set up times and waste.
Can I combine like orders?
Absolutely. Unlike some of our competitors, you can combine orders that are the same size.
Can I get a special size card?
Yes. While our standard card size is 3-3/8” x 2-1/8”, we can special order tooling for any size card you need. A die cost would be incurred.
What sizes are available?
The most common sizes are 3.5” and 3-2/3” repeats. Other sizes are available but may be more costly.
What is the maximum width of the carrier?
We stock material up to 9.5” wide.
