Booklet Printing [top]

With Booklet printing you can create training manuals, insurance policy explanations, software guides and much more.  Whatever their use, booklets must be designed to communicate, effectively. That means your booklet printing should include crisp full color details like graphs, charts, screen shots and photos that show readers exactly what they need to see. If you're serious about the quality of your booklet printing, choose a professional booklet printing services company that has the options you need and the support you want.

Standard booklet printing is done on 8 ½” x 11” paper that’s folded in half and saddle stitched in the center of the fold.

Our standards are clearly shown in our instant online quoter, making the task of pricing your booklet printing project a snap. Select from the standard options and click the button. It’s that easy.

Booklet Printing - Pages [top]

Booklet printing is typically done in “signatures” based on the number of pages in your booklet project. Signatures are used by printers to arrange your pages on the printing paper so that, when folded after printing, the pages end up in the right order. We handle signature layout for you based on the number of pages you price and supply artwork for. We remove the complications of signatures when pricing! All we need to know is how many pages you will be printing.

Booklet Printing - Folding & Stitching [top]

We offer the most popular fold position as our standards on all booklet printing projects. The half fold position can be either horizontal or vertical. Additionally, we “stitch” your booklets together with staples using a process called, “saddle stitch”.  If a half fold is what you need, saddle stitch will work for your booklet printing project.

Saddle stitching involves using wire like a staple to bind your booklet pages together. We typically use three “stitches”. The stitches are cut and closed on the inside of the fold to avoid the closed ends from snagging. On the outside of the fold, or the spine, only the smooth “head” of each stitch or staple can be seen or felt. You can easily see an example of our folding and stitching. Custom folding and stitching

If your booklet printing project requires a unique fold or binding other than stitching, we can help! Just describe the folding or binding options you are looking for when you start a custom booklet printing quote.
